Spring 2022 registration advising starts September 13th, 2021


Virtual and In-Person Appointments will be offered throughout the Fall semester.

Transient Study Forms:

If you need to submit a Transient Study form, please email the form to Dr. Brown at

  • Must be a high-quality scan or a saved PDF (not a photo).
  • Don't worry if you don't have all the departmental signatures on the form. Dr. Brown will contact you if additional info is needed.

About Us

The Office of Advising & Student Services is the primary provider of academic advising for declared freshmen in the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. Staffed by five full-time academic advisors, the center also serves as a resource to any UNC Charlotte student, faculty, or staff member with questions regarding advising and the general education requirements.
